PTAC's 2nd Annual Jump Rope Event

October is National Physical Therapy month and to celebrate, the Physical Therapy Alliance of Colorado (PTAC) is hosting a health and wellness fair featuring jump rope demonstrations and lessons as well as sharing nutrition, fitness and wellness information.  Admission is FREE to the general public. 

 When: Friday, October 14, 2011 from 6pm – 8pm

             6:00-6:45 – Jump rope demonstrations

             6:45-8:00 - Expo

             7:15-8:00 – Lessons for participants (FREE jump ropes will be given to participants)
